The highly anticipated Amels 80 has reached another milestone in the final stages of her build programme. Setting out to open water for the first time since her launch at the Vlissingen City shipyard, the sea trials marked an exciting chapter for this 80-metre Amels Limited Editions as she embarked on the water to showcase her on-water performance.
Amels 60 MEMORIES Departs

The latest Amels 60 has departed Damen Yachting’s main Amels build facility in Vlissingen following final delivery to her new Owner. During a private naming ceremony at the shipyard a few days prior to departure, this 60-metre Amels Limited Editions was officially named MEMORIES. First stop on the itinerary for MEMORIES is Ibiza marking the start of a busy charter season.
Amels 80 Launched in Galati
In Build Milestone
The launch of the latest Amels 80 hull has taken place at the Damen Yachting hull-building facility in Galati, Romania. Taking to the water for the first time, this successful launch represents a culmination of months of dedication and exceptional craftsmanship by our skilled teams working together across Damen Yachting locations. Following the launch, the hull made its way to the Amels yard in Vlissingen for outfitting.
Amels Refit MOONSTONE Sets Sail
MOONSTONE Redelivered
Amels Refit MOONSTONE has been redelivered following an extensive rebuild including a 7-metre extension and multiple reconfigurations to the layout in collaboration with Harrison Eidgsaard. The now 79.2 metre superyacht, originally named ALBATROSS and built by Delta Marine, departed the Vlissingen City yard ahead of her private itinerary this summer with her Owners.
World Boating Day Press Tour
